Workplan

  • WP1

Will ensure compliance with the ‘ethics requirements’ set out in this work package.

  • WP2

Preparation of the protocol for data collection from workers and submission for approval to the competent Ethical Boards. At the same time the General Assembly will define a short list of SMEs to be contacted for involvement in the project.

  • WP3

Subsequently in 6 selected SMEs a comprehensive baseline assessment of the workers’ mental health and quality of experience will be performed including psychological and physiological measures by means of questionnaires and wearable devices (smartwatches), taking into account the multiple facets of mental health (WP2). Together a baseline analysis of the work environment and organization in the same SMEs will be run by means of field observations, focus group interviews and organizational subjective, objective and network indicators, involving workers, managers and CEOs.

  • WP4

Data collection and storing will be supported along the entire project duration by electronic tools (online forms and web applications) and by a central data repository. An integrated analysis of all the baseline data collected will be performed adopting the SHEL model, and producing the requirements for technology development of the MindBot platform as well as the reference data for the final assessments.

  • WP5

The single technological components of the MindBot platform will be designed and prototyped.

  • WP6

They will be then integrated in a common environment, exploiting an iterative and incremental development approach, based on a platform suitable to test and refine the new developed technologies in lab environment with volunteers. This process will result in the prototype of the complete MindBot platform.

  • WP7

The Mindbot platform will be implemented in 2 SMEs selected among the ones previously enrolled. The platform will be configured to operate according to the productive processes of these SMEs.

  • WP8

The MindBot platform will be tested with both healthy workers and persons diagnosed with ASD. Specifically, the testing foresees the collection of the same psychological (questionnaires), physiological (smart watch data) and work environmental and organizational information (field observation, interviews, subjective, objective and network indicators) as done in WP2 and WP3.

A comprehensive analysis of all the psychological, physiological, environmental and organizational data acquired in the timeframe of the project (WP2, WP3, WP7, WP8) will be carried out by means of the SHEL model in order to validate the platform and to produce guidelines to design a mental health friendly manufacturing workplace adopting cobots.

  • WP9

Activities of dissemination, communication and exploitation of results based on open access and FAIR principles including basis for the project business model and business plan. Attention will be paid to specific information and education actions.

  • WP10

Project Management will include the scientific, operational, administrative and financial project management, executed in compliance with the Grant Agreement and the Consortium Agreement, as well as the Data Management Plan (DMP) that will be used to describe the data management life cycle for the data to be collected, processed, generated, curated & preserved within MindBot.
