Professor of Business Organization at the University of Milano. He leads a cross-disciplinary research team in the field of organization and HRM practices innovation. He has developed expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. His most recent studies include High Performance Work Systems and their impact on business performance, Sustainable Human Resource Management, Talent Management and Socialization and induction processes.
His studies are both in-company and cross- organization. He recently completed a research on how companies interpret and measure well-being initiatives. He is a Member of academic and professional associations, he acts as reviewers for Resource Management journals, and he is Academic in Residence for the Senior Leaders’ HR Forum of Executive Networks in Europe.
